Why is it so commonly assumed that a TV presenter  of Top Gear, or an investment banker, or anyone else than yourself,  'must' have "easy lives"?

Why is it so commonly assumed that, if they wish so, transitioning to a life of (greater) service to others is easy "for them"?

Isn't this a case of "good karma" envy (gplus.wallez.name/H9zVuuof3sU)?
